I purchased a 2012 Mazda 6. The car didn't have an owners manual. I called Buddy and asked about it. He said he would look around the dealership to see if an owners manual for that car was there. Apparently Buddy couldn't find an owners manual, because he didn't call me back. I found an owners manual on e-bay for $20. I purchased the owners manual on e-bay. If someone at the dealership had offered to find an owners manual for me, or at least told me where to look for one, I would have rated my experience higher. An owners manual is a little thing, but now I know how to change the battery in the key fob, how to change the headlights, what oil is recommended, and so now. If you want to be a great dealership, don't ignore the little things.
